To support the Children's Hospital of Georgia's ongoing planning or operational needs for salaries, supplies, equipment and related expenses. Priority for use of these funds is given to those items which meet the unique requirements of children in the hospital setting.

Provides for annual fundraising events and MCG house staff auxiliary events and education events. Fundraising events are to support hospital and clinical departments in the MCG mission of education, research, or patient care and support various funds residing in the Medical College of Georgia Foundation as determined by a House staff Auxiliary Committee. Transfers from this fund in support of other MCG Foundation funds should be in writing and signed by the Auxiliary President before funds will be transferred in support of hospital and clinical departments.

To support the services and activities of the Child Life Programs at MCGHI.

To provide funds to kidney & pancreas transplant patients to assist them in achieving their individual fund-raising goals as approved by and developed with the transplantation financial coordinator. It may also provide assistance to transplant patients as identified and approved by the transplant program coordinators and staff social workers for such items as food, lodging, medicine, personal items, clothing and other needs as identified.

To support Pediatric Immunotherapy clinical trials at the Georgia Cancer Center (Dr. David Munn)

To be used by AU President to supplement the institution's budget to promote research, recruit exceptional faculty, and support university needs.

To make improvements to the 5th floor playroom of the Children's Hospital of Georgia to benefit bone marrow transplant and other hematology/oncology patients.

To support the activities of the Belltower Student Foundation.

The scholarship recipient(s) will be selected by the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Committee with notification to the Office of Student Financial Aid for processing and awarding. The scholarship shall be open to all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, disability, age, or veteran status, subject to the criteria set forth below:
• Recipient (s) must be enrolled in Augusta University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree and majoring in a STEM (ex., pre-med, pre-dental, biology, chemistry, math, technology, nursing, allied health, etc.).
• Recipient(s) must be a sophomore, junior, or senior.
• Recipient(s) must be enrolled full-time.
• Recipient(s) must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
• Recipient(s) selection shall be made on merit.
• Recipient(s) must spend at least one semester conducting undergraduate research.
• Recipient(s) must engage with the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (CURS) and enroll in the undergraduate research mentor program.
• In the event that the above criteria are not satisfied, the scholarship may be awarded at the discretion of the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Committee.

To establish a permanent endowment at the MCG Foundation, supporting an eminent faculty member for the Division of Hematology/Oncology within the Department of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia.

To support an annual lectureship in honor of Dr. Samuel W. Richwine, Jr. for honoraria and associated travel expenses for distinguished lecturers, or to provide resources for resident and faculty education and training.

To fund scholarships for rising Juniors and Seniors of the MCG, in good academic standing, and from the following Southwest Georgia Counties: Worth, Dougherty, Turner, Tift, Colquitt, Crisp, Lee, Mitchell, and Seminole and then students from Baker, Brooks, Calhoun, Clay, Cook, Decatur, Dooly, Early, Grady, Lowndes, Miller, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart, Sumter, Terrell, Thomas, and Webster to attend the MCG Southwest Georgia Clinical Campus in Albany, GA. The desire is that the MCG students will want to return to practice medicine in the Southwest Georgia area.
