To provide residency training and education in pathology under the direction of the Chairman of the Pathology department.

To support scholarships for a medical student at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.

To provide funds to resident physicians in the internal medicine residency program for the purpose of travel-related expenses including registration, transportation, accommodations, lodging, food and/or incidentals when presenting a poster, abstract, oral presentation, clinical vignette or other original research at a national or regional meeting, and/or in representing MCG. The fund may also be used to make awards to residents who present the most outstanding research project within a competition to be held in the program or on a sectional, regional, national or world basis. A portion not exceeding 25% of any year's endowment distribution may also be used for future repairs and maintenance, furniture and fixtures, video equipment and computers for the Peacock Resident Library. If the library does not need any of the distribution the total distribution will be used for the original purpose.

To create an endowed scholarship for the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.

To create an endowed fund for resident education in the department of radiology.

To foster professional faculty and trainee development by supporting academic travel for department faculty and trainee memberships in the American Psychiatric Association.

To create an endowed fund for Alzheimer's Research in the Department of Neurology in the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University in Augusta, GA.

To support a pulmonary chair.

To partially or fully fund a medical student interested in Radiology, or current Radiology Resident, to travel to a Radiology conference, as selected by a committee.

To fund a pediatric oncology scholar and/or a pediatric oncology research initiative in the Department of Pediatrics in the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University in Augusta, GA.

To support a chair in translational medicine at the Medical College of Georgia.

To provide endowment funds for education and research in the medical field of neurology with emphasis on cerebral palsy research and other emerging areas of research in the appropriate dept at MCG.
