To provide an annual award to the sophomore student with the highest grade point average, based upon the cumulative average after the Sophomore year, in the Medical College of Georgia.

To support the Department of Pediatrics in attracting and maintaining an outstanding faculty in the Pediatric Allergy/Immunology section.

Support an annual or semiannual lectureship by inviting an outstanding individual in the field of medicine to speak at the MCG or in the City of Augusta. It is understood that the income can be used to make all necessary arrangements, to provide expenses and as honorarium for the lecturer.

To fund the expenses of guest lecturers and visiting professors to benefit faculty and residents.

To support a chair in the Section of Urology in the Department of Surgery.

To provide financial assistance for deserving students at the Medical College of Georgia who are preparing themselves to serve mankind as physicians.

To support the programs and activities of the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

To further research in the area of Alzheimer's Disease.

To support the programs and activities of the division of Allergy-Immunology.

To support research in the Vascular Biology Center.

To provide teaching and research programs in the Department of Anatomy.
