To provide funding for breast cancer research programs that focus on prevention, for breast cancer patient support, and for cancer prevention education.

To fund the acquisition of medicines, equipment, educational materials,and other supplies in support of the health clinic.

To support hearing-impaired patients by purchase of implantable hearing devices, advance activities and research, travel and/or clinical interest of the Otology/Neurotology faculty or staff, and other activities that promote the care, treatment and quality of life for hearing-impaired.

To provide funds to residents, fellows, and faculty of the Department of Medicine to travel, lodging, and food and incidentals when presenting papers at, or to attend meetings to further their education & advancement within the department or residency program. Also supports the Sydenstricker Society program including, but not limited to: resident training, maintaining the meeting infrastructure, printing, mailing cost, guest speakers and administrative expenses incurred for the development and presentation of the Sydenstricker Society meetings.

To support the Dermatology Residency Training Program.

To support the Department of Ophthalmology.

To support the activities of the General Surgery Resident Skills Curriculum at MCG, any and all activities related to the development, implementation and evaluation of the surgical skills curriculum at MCG. Including, but not limited to: expansion of the skills training facility, purchasing of devices, supplies and instruments required for execution of the curriculum, purchasing of cadaver/animals used as part of the curriculum, resources to evaluate and validate the curriculum as an effective educational tool, educational research relate to skills training and curriculum and accreditation of skills training facility as an American College of Surgeons Education Institute.

To support pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery research, clinical development, education, meetings and travel.

Funds a pediatric neurology lectureship for the Department of Pediatrics and the Department of Neurology.

To support the educational programs and activities in the Section of Nephrology as determined by the Chief of the Nephrology Section. Funding examples may include, but are not limited to: educational materials, training travel, and equipment

To support pediatric cancer research via lab expenses, experiments, stipends, equipment costs, trials, travel, lodging and expenses for presentations, conferences and seminars, supplies and other programmatic expenses.

To support Cardiology faculty/fellow/staff research, educational, clinical development, meetings and travel.
