Support musculoskeletal research in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

A director's discretionary fund supporting all aspects of the Georgia Cancer Center, including research, equipment, facilities, care programs, and education.

To provide scholarships for tuition for students in the MD/PHD program at the Medical College of Georgia.

To establish an endowed scholarship in the Medical College of Georgia for medical students, renewable annually, with a preference for the scholarship to be awarded based on these criteria listed in priority order: 1. Merit and from SW GA; 2. Merit; 3. Financial Need and merit.

To endow a faculty position at the Medical College of Georgia in the Department of Ophthalmology.

To support the programs and activities of the Department of Ophthalmology.

To financially support cardiac perfusion: Symposiums, Conferences, and Meetings.

To provide a scholarship to be awarded annually to a medical student based on need.

Support the programs and activities of the Center for Healthy Aging.

In support of:
1. To support the costs of operations of the Old Medical College Building and grounds. If at some time in the future, the Medical College of Georgia Foundation is no longer the lessee of the Old Medical College Building, these funds shall be added in equal amounts to the two additional endowed accounts funded by the C.M. Clay Charitable Remainder Unitrust #2.
2. To support the Medical Physics Section of the Department of Radiology.
3. To benefit the School of Medicine with emphasis on the Department of Surgery, Ophthalmology, Ob/Gyn, Cardiology and Bioengineering.
If, at some future time, the purpose designated for the spendable income from this Fund no longer exists, then at the direction of the President of the Medical College of Georgia and the Dean of the School of Medicine, the spendable income shall be used to further the objectives and purposes of the Medical College of Georgia, giving due consideration to the Donor's intent.
